Build
We configure agents, integrations, interfaces, automation logic, and safeguards in a bounded scope. Builds are incremental and reviewable — your team sees working software early, not a reveal at the end.
You get: a working pilot workflow connected to real systems, with logging and controls in place from day one.
Validate
We test accuracy against known cases, probe edge cases and exceptions, verify security boundaries hold, and confirm the people who will operate the workflow can actually run it. Nothing scales until it passes.
You get: test results against the success criteria, a validated exception process, and a go/no-go recommendation.
Scale
With a validated workflow in production, we monitor performance, tune behavior, train the owning team, and expand the pattern into adjacent processes. Scaling reuses proven architecture — which is why the second workflow is faster than the first.
